Once you have decided to accept our design proposal, our fully experienced team of designers, surveying and architectural staff will carefully guide you through the complex process of obtaining planning consent, certificate of lawful development and building regulation approval. Where appropriate we will prepare and submit detailed structural engineering calculations for approval by your local authority building control department.

Having contracts managers working alongside each gang means they can inform the clients on all progress as well as answering questions you may have.
